Vitaminen in groenten en fruit (tabel I)

Aan de lijst met groenten en fruit werden ook bessen, gedroogd fruit en bladgroenten toegevoegd.

In de tabel staan ​​de gemarkeerde waarden die het gemiddelde dagtarief in de vitamine overschrijden. Onderstreept gemarkeerde waarden variërend van 50% tot 100% van de dagelijkse waarde van de vitamine.
